Repair Info
Once we assess or repair your hearing aid, we will send you an invoice by email to pay online or phone for payment. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, please include it with the repair to avoid delays. There are no charges if we are unable to fix it.
We repair various internal components such as microphones, wires, tubing, receivers, buttons, switches, volume controls, battery contacts, shell cracks or holes, battery doors, and circuitry, all included in the repair cost, along with free shipping back to you.
To mail your hearing aid, place it in a pill bottle or hard case, then put it in a box or a tear-proof envelope, or use a priority flat rate box from the Postal Service. Remember to include the repair form or a note with your hearing aid.
We also repair or replace shells and outer cases.

**Guarantee Policies**
Under our guarantee, if your hearing aid is not functioning properly at any time, we will fix it at no extra cost. Should any issues arise during the guarantee, you must return it to us for resolution.
If we can't repair your hearing aid, there will be no charge.
Shipping upgrades and new external receivers or speakers are not covered by the warranty and are non-refundable
