best way to mail the hearing aid is to put it in a pill bottle, subscription bottle, or some type of hard case. Than put it in a box, or a tear proof envelop, or use a priority flat rate box from the Postal Office.  Please Print the repair form or write down your information on paper .   Please Make sure you put the repair form, or  note with your name, phone number, and address with the hearing aid.f your hearing aid that has a wire receiver that not inside the unite (otherwise know as a RIC receiver in canal) and if it needs to be replaced we will call.
